How this works

You don't build a house from the roof down.

Every client who works with me starts in the same place — not with an arbitrary fitness standard, a pre-fabricated template, or a subjective goal, but with an honest conversation about where they are, what is important to them, and where they want to go.


From there, we build.


The tier you start at isn’t a reflection of how serious you are or how much you’re willing to invest. It’s simply the right place to begin laying the foundation.


The goal is always to build something around your life that lasts. 


And eventually, to build someone who doesn’t need me anymore.

Getting Started

Good Training is a Partnership

Before a single workout is written, the most important work is making sure we’re the right fit for each other.


Step 1 — Reach Out

Fill out a short intake form. Tell me a little about yourself: your history, your goals, what’s worked before and what hasn’t. It takes about ten minutes and it gives me enough context to make sure I can help you with your goals before we ever speak.


Step 2 — Connect

Once I’ve had a chance to read through your application, I’ll reach out to set up a conversation. No pitch, no pressure. This is as much a chance for you to interview me as it is for me to learn about you. Just a chance to ask questions, fill in the gaps, and make sure we’re aligned before anything starts.


Step 3 — Assess

Before your program is written, we do a movement assessment. This is where I find out not just what you can do, but how you move, where the limiting factors are, and what needs to be addressed first. The assessment isn’t a test. It’s information. I’m not looking for what you can’t do. I’m looking for where you already are — so we can start building from there.


Step 4 — Build

Once we’ve gathered everything we need, the program gets written. Individualized to you — your life, your schedule, your starting point. Not a template. Not a generic plan. Yours.
